Beautifully furnished in an upscale Tommy Bahama motif, each condo has a private balcony with a gulf view for spectacular sunsets! Enjoy swimming in one of the largest free-form pools in the area (heated during the winter). For the little ones, Sunset Vistas has a kiddy pool complete with dancing water fountains! Each pool area has a Jacuzzi to enjoy as well. There is a Tiki bar near the pool and an exercise room on site as well as a business center. A small café and store is on site for your convenience.

Just a short walk away is our famous John’s Pass Village with shopping, restaurants, jet skiing, fishing charters, Casino cruises and nightclubs. Treasure Island is a convenient drive to Florida's major attractions! Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc. Good restaurants are in abundance within short walk or drive. Lots of diverse local shopping as well as great nearby Malls! For the beach lover- the white sandy beach provides the perfect playground for beach volleyball, walking, jogging and looking for shells. We are close to tennis courts and several Championship and Executive golf courses.
